• Animal ID
• Your name and phone number
• Anticipated pickup date
• Any transportation questions

Submitting this form does not reserve the animal. Approved requests will receive a $50 reservation-deposit invoice. The reservation begins only after payment is received, and the deposit is applied toward the full purchase price.

Pickup is near Urbanosky Lane, Plantersville, TX 77363. The exact address is provided after payment and pickup arrangements are confirmed.
